.DISCUSSION...

Southerly winds will continue this morning into the early
afternoon ahead of a wind shift expected early this afternoon.
Showers are possible (20% chance) ahead of this wind shift, but
wetting rain is very unlikely. Winds will shift to westerly
(260-270), with relative humidity values falling into the 30s (and
possibly low 20s if skies can remain clear behind this). Winds
behind the wind shift will increase with gusts as high as 25 mph. Additional
showers and thunderstorms may develop this afternoon (20% chance
again).

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (70-80 percent). Slight chance of
                    rain showers late in the morning. Slight chance
                    of showers and thunderstorms late in the
                    afternoon.
Max temperature.....Around 61.
Min humidity........31 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Southwest winds around 10 mph. Gusts up to 22
                    mph late in the morning then 23 mph late in the
                    afternoon. Gusty and erratic winds expected
