A mix of sun and clouds this morning will give way to mostly sunny
skies this afternoon and high temperatures in the 50s to low 60s.
Winds will be out of the southeast at 10 to 20 MPH. Mainly dry
conditions continue into Friday...though it will be a bit cooler due
to brisk northerly winds and more cloud cover. Saturday will be a
transition day...though still mostly dry during the daytime...as our
next storm system approaches from the southwest. Rain chances
increase substantially Saturday night and continue into Sunday. In
fact...theres a slight risk for severe thunderstorms on
Sunday...mainly along and south of the state line. Colder air will
begin to filter in from the northwest and change rain over to wet
snow. Some snow accumulations will be possible...especially from the
Tri-Cities to the north and west...Sunday night into Monday...though
its still too early to pin down specific amounts. Temperatures will
vary widely during this time frame...and it will be on the windy
