Sunny skies and comfortably warm temperatures were in place across
central and eastern Kansas today. Late afternoon readings were
generally in the 70 to 75 degree range with light southeast winds.

High pressure will remain in place across the Plains tonight and
will allow for clear skies and dry conditions to continue. Surface
low pressure will start to develop on Saturday over the High
Plains and will provide gusty south winds and warmer temperatures
across the region.

Overnight lows are expected to range from the 40s across Nebraska
to the 50s across Oklahoma and Southern Kansas. Look for highs on
Saturday to be in the 80s across all of the Plains.
