* Until 245 PM EDT.

* At 221 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Vanceburg,
  moving east at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Vanceburg, Camp Dix, Rome, Sandy Springs, Buena Vista in Scioto
  County, Saint Paul, Firebrick, Carrs, Tannery, Kinniconick, Turkey
  Creek Lake, Ribolt, Friendship, Charters, Garrison, Stricklett,
