High pressure nearly stationary to the northeast of the region will begin to shift southward Monday, and become anchored east of waters into mid week. A sea breeze will develop once again Monday, though winds will start to shift along shore and offshore Tuesday and through Mid week due to the placement of the high. Offshore winds will increase Friday ahead of a frontal passage Friday night into Saturday. .GULF STREAM...
