.DISCUSSION...

Dry weather in place through Wednesday. High pressure ridge will
stretch over the area from the east with prevailing light winds
from the southeast as the Atlantic seabreeze moves over the site by
early afternoon creating winds 10-15 mph with occasional gusts to
20 mph under mostly sunny skies. Tonight, mostly clear skies with
more easterly winds around sunset subsiding late tonight to 4-8 mph
from the southeast and then under 5 mph with patchy to areas of fog
developing in the pre dawn hours until mid morning Wednesday. For
Wednesday, southeast light winds prevail with Atlantic seabreeze
again moving across the site by the early afternoon 8-12 mph under
partly cloudy skies. Min RH levels today will be in the 25-30
percent range and improve Wednesday to 30-40 percent. Good
dispersions expected today and Wednesday.
