This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Florida Keys and
adjacent coastal waters.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

A Small Craft Advisory is in effect for the Keys coastal waters
through tonight. Strong southeast winds will continue across the
Keys waters today, as low pressure develops over the Gulf of
Mexico. Strong southeast to south winds tonight will veer to the
southwest.

Scattered thunderstorms are expected today and tonight. Expecting
strong to marginally severe storms with marginally severe gusts,
hail, a tornado or two will be possible, and or an isolated
violent waterspout.

Heavy rainfall is expected at times, with forecast rainfall
totals of 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts possible.
Minor flooding of low lying areas and roadways will be possible
during periods of heavy rain.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Strong southwest winds will continue into Saturday, then clock
around to the northwest Saturday night, and finally north on
Sunday before winds relax. A Small Craft Advisory will likely be
required for the Keys coastal waters from Saturday through Sunday
morning.

Scattered thunderstorms are expected to linger into Saturday,
with isolated storms possible Saturday evening. Frequent
lightning and gusty winds will be the most likely hazards. Some
of the storms may become strong to severe Saturday, with the
potential for damaging winds, an isolated tornado, or an isolated
violent waterspout.

The threat for heavy rainfall is expected into Saturday, with
an additional forecast rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches. Minor
flooding of low lying areas and roadways will be possible during
periods of heavy rain.

A brief period of fresh easterly breezes is possible on Monday
where a Small Craft Advisory may be required. Otherwise, no other
hazardous weather expected at this time.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
