A weak upper level low pressure system off the coast combined with strengtheing onshore flow is expected to bring a 1500 foot marine layer depth to the LA Basin on Monday morning, with a 20 percent chance of low clouds and fog reaching the spot location on Monday morning. The strengthening onshore flow will likely bring gusty southwest winds in the afternoon and evening hours. .MONDAY... Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny. Temperature.........64 at 0900...Max 81. RH..................60 percent at 0900...Min 35 percent. Eye level winds.....South to southwest 2 to 3 mph, increasing to 3 to 6 mph with gusts to 9 mph in the afternoon.
