A weak upper level low pressure system off the coast combined with
strengtheing onshore flow is expected to bring a 1500 foot marine
layer depth to the LA Basin on Monday morning, with a 20 percent
chance of low clouds and fog reaching the spot location on Monday
morning. The strengthening onshore flow will likely bring gusty
southwest winds in the afternoon and evening hours.
