.SYNOPSIS...A light to moderate southeasterly flow continues this
afternoon and evening. A light and somewhat variable flow pattern
will prevail tonight through Thursday morning, especially near
the coast. Otherwise, the onshore flow will continue through the
remainder of the week, but strengthen somewhat late this week and
into the weekend.
