.DISCUSSION...

Mostly sunny skies this morning will become partly cloudy by
afternoon with high temperatures of 50-52. Relative humidity
values of around 65 percent as of 9 AM will decrease to 34-38
percent in the 5 pm to 6 pm timeframe. Relative humidity will
recover to 50 percent by 9 pm. Northwest winds of around 10 mph
will increase to 15 mph with peak gusts of 20 to 25 mph by 10 am.
The winds will diminish to below 10 mph by 8 pm.

Strongest Possible Wind Speeds on Day of Burn: sustained: 15-18
mph, gusts: 25-30 mph
