This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Limited hail risk.
  Limited lightning risk.

DISCUSSION...

There is a 10-15 percent chance for an isolated thunderstorm or
two across portions of central Missouri this afternoon and
evening. There is a potential for hail up to the size of quarters
with the stronger storms, but the better potential should be
northeast of the area.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Storms may develop and move across portions of the area Tuesday
morning into Tuesday evening. There will be the potential for some
strong to severe storms with this activity. Gusty southwesterly
winds will develop Tuesday with gusts up to 35 to 50 mph possible
at times, strongest west of Highway 65.

Strong to severe thunderstorms are possible Thursday, but
confidence in details is low at this time.

  Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
