.DISCUSSION...
Marine layer clouds, fog, high humidity will stay below 4,000 feet
elevation on coastal slopes through Saturday morning. Onshore
winds and humidity will increase Saturday afternoon, leading to
more clouds, fog and a chance of wetting rains Saturday night and
Sunday morning (up to about 0.16 inch total). Southwest winds
will be strongest Saturday evening with gusts as high as 25-35 mph
at tree top level, then westerly winds again Sunday afternoon and
evening 20-30 mph. Fair, dry and warmer weather with weaker winds
Monday and Tuesday.
