...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN REPUBLIC COUNTY
THROUGH 330 AM CDT...

At 305 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 4 miles northwest of Oak to near Hardy to near
Randall. Movement was north at 70 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
         around unsecured objects. Minor damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Scandia, Courtland, and Republic.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 AM CDT for north central
Kansas.
