.DISCUSSION...Cool temperatures and showers can be expected today
with wetting rains possible from the Black Hills into south central
South Dakota. Minor snow accumulations are also possible in the Black
Hills.

Warmer temperatures are expected for the weekend with the arrival of
an upper level ridge. Southerly winds may become quite strong on Sunday,
especially on the South Dakota plains. Precipitation chances will
increase again Sunday afternoon into Sunday night. A strong storm system
will strong winds and wet conditions for the first half of next week.
