912 PM CDT Sun May 27 2018

.SYNOPSIS...Subtropical storm Alberto continues to move
northwestward over the northeastern Gulf of Mexico, where it is
expected to make landfall sometime Monday on the western Florida
Panhandle. Alberto will help maintain a relatively weak pressure
gradient over the western Gulf for the next couple of days.
Light-to-moderate southeast-to-south winds and low-to-moderate
seas will dominate. A modest easterly swell generated by Alberto
may add a foot to wave heights beginning later on Monday. Moderate
southeast winds return for the second half of the week as surface
ridging extends eastward into the Gulf of Mexico from the Bermuda
high.
