.DISCUSSION... Winds will shift from the south to more west later today
as rain from this morning diminish from west to east. Cold front will
work across the area later today and there could be a few scattered to
isolated thunderstorms mainly north and along the Ohio River later this
afternoon. Overall forecast looks to be dry for tomorrow with a few
clouds lingering and cooler temperatures.
