.DISCUSSION...Another spring storm system will bring rain, snow, and
gusty winds to the area Monday into Tuesday. A few inches of snow
will be possible across northeastern Wyoming, northwestern South Dakota,
and the Black Hills, but other areas will receive mainly rain. Gusty
northwesterly winds are expected Monday evening and overnight.
