.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered W of the region will gradually
build E today through Wed. The axis of the ridge will remain W of
the area Wed night through Thu night, then slide slowly W and
weaken Fri through Sat night. A coastal trough will build N along
the S Oregon coast Wed, persist through Thu then weaken Thu night
into Sat night.
