...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SOUTHEASTERN HARRISON...NORTHERN
PANOLA AND NORTHEASTERN RUSK COUNTIES UNTIL 200 AM CDT...

At 1257 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms near
Tatum and Beckville, moving northeast at 30 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Marshall, Waskom, Tatum, Beckville, Deberry, Karnack, Elysian Fields,
Scottsville, Jonesville, Darco and Leigh.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Heavy rainfall, near six tenths of an inch per hour, is also
occurring with these storms, and may lead to localized street
flooding and/or ponding of water in low spots. Do not drive your
vehicle through flooded roadways.
