This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast West
Virginia, northern West Virginia, southeast West Virginia and
southern West Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Isolated areas of high water are possible where repetitive showers
and thunderstorms occur.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Showers and thunderstorms will contain periods of heavy rain Thursday
into Friday. Concerns are increasing about flooding issues. A flood
or flash flood watch may be needed.
