...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of northwest Washington,
including the following areas, Skagit and Whatcom.

The Skagit River near Mt Vernon and near Concrete, and Nooksack
River at Ferndale are cresting now and have begun descending out of
action stage. Precipitation has ended, and no additional river
flooding is expected.
