Total snow accumulations between 5 and 9 inches. * WHERE...Northern Franklin, Northern St. Lawrence, and Southwestern St. Lawrence Counties. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will become slick and hazardous.
