URGENT - FIRE WEATHER MESSAGE...CORRECTED

...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT TUESDAY FROM LATE MORNING THROUGH
EARLY EVENING FOR THE EAST CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST PLAINS DUE TO
STRONG WINDS, LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND AN UNSTABLE AIRMASS...

.Critical fire weather conditions will return to portions of
northeastern and east-central NM Tuesday due to northwest wind
gusts of 35 to 45 mph behind an upper low over the Great Plains
combining with minimum relative humidity values of 10 to 15
percent. Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly
and will be hard to control.

...RED FLAG WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 9 PM MDT THIS EVENING...

* AREA AND TIMING...Central Highlands (Zone 125), Northeast and
  East Central Plains (Zones 104 and 126) Tuesday 11 AM until 8
  PM MDT.

* 20 FOOT WINDS...For Tuesday, northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with
  gusts of up to 55 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...For Tuesday, minimum relative humidity
  values between 10 to 15 percent.


* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly
  and will be hard to control. Long range spotting and extreme
  fire behavior will be possible. Outdoor burning should not be
  done.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Please advise the appropriate officials or fire crews in the
field of this Red Flag Warning.
