...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 10 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...During the Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water
  levels expected. During the Gale Warning, expect sustained
  winds up to 24 knots from the west with gusts up to 39 knots.
  The largest significant waves will be 4 feet with a potential
  maximum wave height of 5 feet.

* WHERE...Michigan Waters of Lake Erie from Detroit River to
  North Cape MI.

* WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 5 PM EDT Friday
  with the largest waves expected around 6 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Below normal
  water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strong west-southwest winds are causing
  the water levels to drop over the western basin of Lake Erie
  today. Water levels will continue to fall, reaching near or just
  slightly below the critical low water mark of 15 inches around
  Toledo for safe marine navigation this afternoon.
