.DISCUSSION...

Some thin high clouds are possible early tomorrow morning with some
patchy afternoon cumulus possible. Winds should remain out of the
NE or E through the day, but speeds will generally average 5 MPH or
less. Suspect winds could be a bit more variable than forecast
early in the morning before any mixing begins. Transport winds
will start out east or northeast. There could be a time in the
mid afternoon where they will go either variable or to the
northwest for a couple of hours. Transport wind speeds in the
morning may start out 6 to 8 MPH, but lighten to 5 MPH or less
in the afternoon. MinRH values around 30 percent are likely.
