.DISCUSSION...

Patchy fog with a few spits of drizzle will burn off by mid
morning. Skies will become mostly sunny by ignition time, with
temperatures climbing into the 50s. Afternoon relative humidity
values will drop into the 45 to 50 percent range. Light and
variable winds will steady out of the west at around 10 mph by
mid-day, becoming more southwesterly then south again tonight as
a trough of low pressure approaches.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (65-75 percent) then becoming
                    mostly sunny (35-45 percent). Slight chance of
                    rain early in the morning. Patchy fog early in
                    the morning.

                    morning becoming light, then becoming southwest
