...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN CHAMBERS AND
SOUTHEASTERN LIBERTY COUNTIES THROUGH 345 PM CDT...
At 328 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Bevil Oaks to near China to 7 miles northwest
of Winnie. Movement was east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Southeastern Mont Belvieu, Old River-Winfree, Devers, Wallisville,
and Hankamer.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for
