MARCH 2023 CONTINUED THE TREND OF ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES THAT
WE EXPERIENCED IN JANUARY AND FEBRUARY, BUT THE DEPARTURES WERE NOT
AS LARGE LIKE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR. PRECIPITATION WAS MORE
THAN HALF BELOW NORMAL.
