...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN HANCOCK...
NORTHEASTERN BUTLER...WESTERN GRAYSON...SOUTHWESTERN BRECKINRIDGE AND
CENTRAL OHIO COUNTIES THROUGH 1030 PM CDT...

At 1003 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Whitesville, moving east at 60 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Hartford, Hardinsburg, Casey, Caneyville, Fordsville, Concord,
Mcquady, Steff, Goering, and Ralph.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for central and
south central Kentucky.
