.DISCUSSION...
Clear and cool conditions are expected for the Rx area through the
period. Some clouds will cross the area Wednesday night as a storm system
moves by to the north, with mainly weak winds shifting from southwest on
Wednesday to northwest during the overnight period. Winds will increase
from the northwest Thursday late morning into the afternoon as northerly
pressure gradients set up behind the departing frontal system. Gusts up to
35 mph are likely over the ridges by Thursday afternoon.

.WEDNESDAY...

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (30-40 percent).
Max temperature.....48 at 0800. Max Around 56.
Min humidity........70 percent at 0800. Min 50-55 percent.
Eye level winds.....Variable winds up to 3 mph at 0800, becoming
                    southwest 3 to 5 mph at 1100, then becoming west
                    5 to 7 mph at 1400.
Wind (20 ft)........South winds 3 to 5 mph at 0800 becoming southwest
                    6 to 10 mph at 1100, then becoming west 8 to 15
                    mph at 1400.
Ridgetop wind.......Southwest winds 3 to 6 mph, becoming southwest
                    8 to 10 mph, then becoming west 10 to 15 mph.
Mixing height.......1200 ft at 0800 rising to 2400 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....Variable up to 3 mph becoming west 5-8 mph.
