.DISCUSSION...

Patchy fog will be possible at the incident site through mid-morning.
A stray shower may pass by this morning but otherwise a generally dry
start to the day. Shower and thunderstorm chances increase this afternoon
and evening. Light winds will continue today with occasional stronger
gusts in any passing showers or thunderstorms.

Additional showers and an isolated thunderstorm may approach the incident
site by the overnight hours tonight, mainly after 0200 LT and before 0600 LT.
Afternoon showers and thunderstorms will be possible again Wednesday afternoon
and evening.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (70-80 percent). Patchy fog early
                    in the morning. Chance of showers through the
                    day. Chance of thunderstorms late in the
                    afternoon, then slight chance of thunderstorms
                    late in the afternoon.
