.SYNOPSIS...A cold front over the outer waters this morning will
pass E of the area early today. High pressure will build over the
S waters today, then shift E and SE of the area tonight while
maintaining a ridge over the S portion Mon through Wed night.
Another cold front will move S over the area Mon and Mon night,
stall over the central waters Tue and Tue night, and then drift N
as a warm front Wed and Wed night. Low pressure will develop
along the front off the Mid-Atlantic coast Wed night, then move
NE across the N and central waters Thu and Thu night while
pulling a cold front across the area.
