Significant rises are expected on the following rivers:

For the Roubidoux Creek Near Waynesville.  Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
The latest stage was 2.3 feet at 8 AM Tuesday. The river may rise to
near 6.5 feet by 7 AM Wednesday.

For the Jacks Fork at Alley Spring.  Flood stage is 9.0 feet. The
latest stage was 2.4 feet at 8 AM Tuesday. The river may rise to near
8.5 feet by 7 AM Wednesday.

For the Jacks Fork River at Eminence.  Flood stage is 12.0 feet. The
latest stage was 2.6 feet at 8 AM Tuesday. The river may rise to near
8.5 feet by 7 AM Wednesday.

For the Spring River at Carthage.  Flood stage is 10.0 feet. The
latest stage was 3.9 feet at 9 AM Tuesday. The river may rise to near
6.1 feet by 7 PM Wednesday.

Do not drive through flowing water. Nearly half of all flood
fatalities are vehicle related. As little as 6 inches of water may
cause you to lose control of your vehicle. Two feet of water will
carry most vehicles away.
