The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued an Airport
Weather Warning for...

Montgomery Regional Airport /MGM/

The following weather hazards are expected with 2 rounds of storms:

Strong winds associated with approaching thunderstorms will produce
wind gusts greater than or equal to 35 knots, mainly from the
west.

Expect thunderstorms with cloud to ground lightning to move across
the Montgomery Regional Airport /MGM/ and its vicinity in two waves.
The first will arrive by 115 to 130 AM and continue through 230 AM.
A second area will work in 3 AM and continue through 400 AM.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 500 AM CDT for
south central Alabama.
