.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Light to moderate northeast winds will prevail tonight and are
expected to slowly shift to the east tomorrow. Southeast winds
will be returning to the bays and coastal waters late Friday
afternoon and evening. This onshore flow should be strengthening
Friday into Saturday. A cold front should push off the coast
sometime Saturday night or early Sunday morning.
