Fire Weather Planning Forecast For West Texas/Southeast New Mexico

.DISCUSSION...
Fire weather concerns will be low today even as minimum RHs fall below
20 percent west of a Hobbs to Marfa line as temperatures warm to around
normal.  Elevated fire weather conditions will be possible Tuesday
across Southeast New Mexico... the Guadalupe Mountains... and the Upper
Trans Pecos region as as above normal Temperatures result in minimum RH
falling below 15 percent.  However 20ft winds are expected to remain below
20 mph.  A strong cold front will blow trough the area Tuesday night with
much cooler conditions and a chance of thunderstorms with wetting rain.
