For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
High pressure of 30.50 inches over the Central Great Lakes will
move slowly east, reaching the New England coast on Monday. Low
pressure of 29.80 inches from the lower Mississippi Valley will
move slowly north up East Coast through mid-week.
