CATAHOULA AND SOUTHEASTERN FRANKLIN PARISHES THROUGH 345 AM CDT...

At 311 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Sicily Island, or 12 miles northeast of Harrisonburg, moving east at
50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Wisner, Sicily Island, and Cooter Point around 315 AM CDT.
  Helena around 330 AM CDT.
  Newellton and Lake Bruin around 335 AM CDT.
  St. Joseph around 340 AM CDT.
