At 510 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms produced heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain had fallen over the past 2 hours. While the majority of the rainfall has ended...it may take some time for this heavy rainfall to runoff. As a result...flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
