pressure remains in control of the weather pattern across the
region. Light and variable winds this morning will increase out of
the southeast in the afternoon. Maximum dispersion values this
afternoon will rise into the very good category. Minimum relative
humidity values will fall to around 40 percent at the burn site
during the afternoon hours.
