West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
prevail over the far southern waters today and tonight. A
stationary front across the central waters early day will begin
to drift N as a warm front later today into tonight. Low pressure
will develop along the front off the Mid-Atlantic coast Thu, then
drift slowly E to SE across the N and central waters Thu night
into Fri while pulling a weak cold front across the area. The
weak low will then lift N over the area Fri night as the next
cold front approaches from the W. This cold front will move E and
SE over the waters Sat and Sat night. High pressure will prevail
across the northern waters while another low will move off the SE
coast and NE into the central and S waters Sun and Sun night.
