.DISCUSSION...Light rain showers, possibly mixing with a little snow,
will be possible now (~1530) through 2100 hours before drier air
filters in. Chance of wetting rain around 40% (> 0.1" of liquid precip).
Expect RH to bottom out within the next hour or two before moisture
arrives. Winds will remain out of the north with sustained 20 foot
winds up to 20 mph and gusts to 28 mph.

Temperatures will fall below freezing overnight tonight with very
good RH recovery (~85%). North winds will remain breezy overnight,
with sustained winds up to 20 mph tonight.

Breezy northwesterly winds continue tomorrow with much drier air;
daytime minimum RH ~20% expected Thursday afternoon under sunny skies.
Much better mixing is forecast tomorrow with very good smoke dispersal
and transport winds (NW 20-30 mph).
