.DISCUSSION...
Southeast winds expected this morning with gradually increasing
mixing. A period of rain possibly with lightning will arrive in
southwest Michigan around noon and reach Clare by 3 or 4 PM. Then
additional scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop between 4
and 10 PM across much of Lower Michigan. Wednesday will be drying
out with breezy winds from the west.
