High temperatures warming into the low to mid 70s will cause RH
values to approach 30% this afternoon. Generally easterly winds
will be between 5-10 mph, with some gusts up to 20 mph across
western Minnesota. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are
possible this afternoon across southwest Minnesota, with rain
becoming more widespread tonight across southern Minnesota into
west- central Wisconsin. Rainfall amounts over an inch are
possible across southwest Minnesota, with lesser amounts under
0.25" elsewhere.
