.DISCUSSION...The day will start off with wet ground conditions due
to a batch of showers that will have moved through the area early this
morning.  Even after the morning showers move through, isolated showers
will still remain possible into the early afternoon hours.  Winds will
generally be out of the southwest through the day, but become variable
during shower activity.  Temperatures this afternoon will become rather
warm, with highs around 90.  RH values around 100 percent to start off,
then only drop down to around 50 percent during the afternoon. There
will be a low-level inversion to start off the day, and this is not
expected to break until between 10 and 11 am as slightly better mixing
takes hold over the area.
