nm...
Waters from South Santee River SC to Edisto Beach SC extending from
20 nm to 40 nm...

At 318 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from Kiawah Reef to 8 nm west of Cape Romain
Reef, moving east at 40 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Public observation site at Folly Beach South End reported a
         wind gust to 43 knots at 310 PM EDT.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.
