Clouds and the likelihood of showers will continue to increase
from south to north across the Commonwealth this afternoon as a
trough of low pressure at the surface and aloft heads east from
the Mid Mississippi Valley.

Highs this afternoon will vary from the mid and upper 60s over the
the Central and Northern Mountains, to the low 70s in the
Susquehanna Valley.

The showers will linger overnight tonight through Wednesday
as the area of low pressure moves South of the Commonwealth
and reaches the Delmarva Coast Wednesday evening.

Lows tonight will be between 55 and 60 and temperatures during the
day Wednesday will only rebound by 5 to 8 degrees, reaching the
low to mid 60s.

Rainfall amounts over the upcoming 36 hours will be mainly
less than one half of an inch, though a few locations could see
upwards of three quarters of an inch by Wednesday evening.
