...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southeastern
Whiteside and northwestern Bureau Counties through 715 PM CDT...

At 630 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Hooppole, or 15 miles south of Morrison, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Strong winds could break small tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Walnut, Tampico, Deer Grove, Ohio, Yorktown, New Bedford, Thomas,
Kasbeer, Normandy, and Van Orin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
