.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...A few lingering areas of local
southerly winds will become northwesterly this morning as high
pressure builds in. These will slowly increase through mid week. Two
northwest swells at 8 and 13 seconds will combine for waves around 6
to 7 feet today and these are expected to generally persist into
next week.
