.DISCUSSION...

Dry and warm conditions are expected today. Temperatures currently
in the middle 40s will steadily rise to the middle to upper 50s by
the afternoon. Winds at ignition time will be around 8 to 12 mph
and will increase in the early afternoon to around 10 to 15 mph.
Wind gusts are possible in the afternoon as well, up to around 20
to 25 mph at times. Winds will then subside again tonight. Between
the increase in winds, temps, and low relative humidity values in
the afternoon, elevated fire weather conditions are expected for
portions of the afternoon.
